Phase Mechanical Systems Ltd. is a full service mechanical contracting firm operating in the British Columbia Lower Mainland. We are a well established contracting firm that specializes in design assist mechanical systems.

Since our incorporation in 1993, we have been involved in a diverse range of projects including many concrete high rises, hotels, industrial and commercial buildings. See our project pages for more information about our current and completed projects.

Quality is of the utmost importance to Phase. We are able to achieve a high level of quality due to the trades people that we employ. They are qualified and experienced personnel that bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our Company.

We are continuously striving to increase our knowledge and the quality of workmanship in the industry and in doing so we support the Industry Training Authority. We have a number of employees enrolled in the Apprenticeship program and we have created a quality company training program which both strengthens our Company and the industry as a whole.

CURRENT PROJECTS
Kanin Construction Management Inc. Adjacent to SkyTrain’s Joyce-Collingwood Station the complex consists of a 36-storey tower with 360 rental homes. The unit mix is 15 studio units, 217 one-bedroom units, 93 two-bedroom units, and 35 three-bedroom units.
ITC Construction BC Inc. 40-storey complex consists of 350 one, two and three bedroom condo units located near the Gilmore and Brentwood SkyTrain stations. It consists of retail and office space on the ground level plus features 8,100 square feet of amenities, including a gym, party room, children’s play area and community gardens.
Etro Construction Limited Design assist 16 storey, mixed-use building. 94 rental residential units with 20% of the residential floor area assigned to moderate income households. This project is part of the City of Vancouver’s new Moderate Income Rental Housing Pilot Plan (MIRHPP).
